Services (Coaching + Eden Art Rituals)

Due to the nature of the work, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued at any time, for any reason. This includes withdrawals before the program/session begins, missed sessions, personal scheduling conflicts, or removal due to a violation of course policies. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and commit to completing your payment, regardless of participation.

Goods (Art Prints/Merch)

Faulty Goods:

Customers have a right to a full refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods, as long as the claim is within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the retailer has the right to offer a repair or replacement before a refund is considered.
Not as Described:
If the product doesn't match its description (e.g., wrong size, colour, features), the customer is entitled to a refund.
This also applies to goods that don't perform as expected or are not fit for purpose.
Online Purchases (Change of Mind):
Customers have a 14-day "cooling-off period" for online purchases, allowing them to return items for any reason. This 14-day period starts from the date of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.
