Order Processing Time: 3 days.

 

Shipping Options and Costs: All Print orders are sent out Via Royal Mail 1st Class at an additional fee of £3.05

 

International Shipping: Shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

 

Estimated Delivery Times: UK orders - 1 working week. International Orders (differs depending on the location) please allow 2-3 working weeks.

Returns/Refund Policy:

Faulty Goods:​ Customers have a right to a full refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods, as long as the claim is within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the retailer has the right to offer a repair or replacement before a refund is considered.

 

Not as Described: If the product doesn't match its description (e.g., wrong size, colour, features), the customer is entitled to a refund.

This also applies to goods that don't perform as expected or are not fit for purpose.

 

Online Purchases (Change of Mind): Customers have a 14-day "cooling-off period" for online purchases, allowing them to return items for any reason. This 14-day period starts from the date of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty.

Lost or Damaged Goods: UK orders - If item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@georgiambell.com and a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible and buyer must cover postage fee. 

International orders - a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible and buyer must cover postage fee.

 

Order Tracking: Royal Mail tracking service will be available for all orders.

 

Potential Service Interruptions: Potential delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Payment Information: Payments for shipping costs are processed through PayPal / Stripe / Apple Pay
